Welcome to 'Run & Done' ! Fall 7 week Session Beginning 10/13-11/24!  Register NOW!

BUSY WOMEN!  Are you balancing work, family and friends and putting yourself last? Do you tell yourself, "I will workout later" but then it never happens?  ENOUGH!  It's time to put YOU first~ at the BEGINNING OF THE DAY!  Come join other women in an early morning weekly run group, where you can get your workout out of the way, make new friends, and then attack your day with unparalleled energy! All levels welcome. Coach Jen will have workout options for different level runners and will also help connect folks with others at their level. Whether you’re training for a marathon or just getting back to walk-jogging, our supportive all women's environment can help hold you accountable, help you build overall fitness and plain have FUN! Isn't it time to put yourself FIRST so you can be your best all day?!  RUN & DONE!

The Run Group meets in the Greely High School Upper Parking lot across from the Shell Gas Station off Main Street (the first HS entrance on the side opposite the pool) and near the Facilities Maintenance Building.
